Der Macallan Exceptional Single Cask 2019/ESB-14/03 Highland Single Malt wurde von Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess ausgewählt und in einer limitierten Edition von 606 Flaschen ohne Zusatz von Farbstoffen und Kühlfiltration in Cask Strength mit 56,7% Vol. abgefüllt. Der Whisky wurde am 13. Januar 1997 destilliert und durfte über 22 Jahre in einem ausgesuchten European Oak Sherry Butt mit der Cask-Nummer 03 im Warehouse reifen, bevor er am 6. August 2019 für die limited Exceptional Single Cask Release 2019 abgefüllt wurde und nur über den Macallan Ballot erhältlich war.

This very rare and stunning vintage 1997 22 years-old Macallan Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky comes from the coveted Exceptional Single Cask series of Macallan, in this range absolutely first-class single cask whiskies from selected Fino, Oloroso and Sherry butt are bottled in limited editions. The Macallan Exceptional Single Cask ESB14/03 single malt was selected and reserved at 26th April 2019 for bottling by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess and bottled in a limited edition of 606 bottles without the addition of dyes and chill filtration at cask strength 56.7% vol. The whisky was distilled on 13th January 1997, then matured for over 22 years in a selected European Oak Sherry Butt with the cask number 03 in the warehouse before being bottled on 6th August 2019 for the limited Exceptional Single Cask release 2019 and was officially not available in stores.
