On the rocks with a splash
Great Bourbon! Very Smooth!
I was going to use it in an Old Fashioned, but decided to try it with a couple of rocks. Great decision! This bourbon belongs on the top shelf!
Complex, smooth and extremely more-ish! A new favourite!
This whiskey really exemplifies what I look for in a Bourbon - oaky, caramel notes, balanced with a touch of orchard fruits. Fantastic on the rocks or neat...but wouldn't mind mixing it up in something different next time.

I wanted to look for it for my other two kids (both sons) barreled the years they were born to open and enjoy when they reach legal drinking age... I guess that idea is now ruined. Can you open this up for special limited orders? I need a bottle barreled in 2015 and 2019.

The best for the price
Heard a rumor at my local Total Wine that E.W.S.B. may be arriving in November. Any truth to the rumor? It may sound strange, but I mix it 50/50 with Elijah Craig - just the right taste for me.
