This rare vintage 2007 8 years old Bruichladdich Lochindaal Islay Single Malt Whisky was bottled in a limited edition of only 500 bottles for the Feis Ile music and whisky festival in 2015, was only available at the local distillery and sold out within a short period of time. The 50ppm heavily-peated Bruichladdich Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for 8 years in a Spanish callejo wine cask and was bottled at cask strength 59.5% vol. in accordance with Bruichladdich's claim of being a progressive hybridan distiller without the addition of dyes and without chill filtration. The Bruichladdich single Malt was named after the Lochindaal lighthouse, built in 1869 by David and Thomas Stevenson and located just a bit outside the village of Port Charlotte on Islay.
With this bottling, Head Distiller Adam Hannett has shown his special competence - an extraordinary Bruichladdich Islay Single Malt for collectors, connoisseurs and lovers of exclusive Scotch whiskies!
