William Larue Weller is one of the most famous American bourbon whiskey brands that originally the Stitzel-Weller Distilling Company was, but over the past 3 decades repeatedly changed hands and today, as Buffalo Trace belongs to the Sazerac Company and also in the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky is produced. The Stitzel Distillery was located in Louisville, Kentucky and produced whiskey for wholesale the Weller family, was bought later by this and thus to Stitzel-Weller Distilling Company.
