Dieser feine und exklusive Long Pond Full Proof Premium Single Cask Jamaica Rum wurde im Jahr 2005 destilliert, durfte 15 Jahre in einem Eichenholzfass mit der Cask Nr. 15 reifen, bevor er im Jahr 2020 ohne Zusatz von Zucker und Farbstoffen in einer limitierten Auflage von nur 325 individuell nummerierten Flaschen in Full Proof mit 56,8% Vol. abgefüllt wurde.
Der außergewöhnliche Long Pond Full Proof Single Cask Pure Single Rum wurde im VRW Pott Still-Brennverfahren destilliert, erhielt für für 13 Jahre ein Tropical Aging und weitere 2 Jahre bis zu seiner Abfüllung ein Continental Aging, bevor er im Jahr 2020 von Valinch und Mallet mit einem speziell designten Künstlerlabel des Mexikanischen Künstlers Oscar Isaias Contreras Rojas in limitierter Auflage abgefüllt wurde. Oscar Contreras Rojas wurde 1986 in Toluca, Mexiko geboren und lebt und arbeitet zwischen Florenz und Venedig. Er absolvierte den Malkurs an der Akademie der Schönen Künste in Venedig, Italien, und schloss anschließend ein Masterstudium der Schönen Künste an der Middlesex University in London, Vereinigtes Königreich, ab. Er war Finalist beim prestigeträchtigen Premio Cairo 2019 - Mailand und Premio Combat 2020.
Die 1753 gegründete Long Pond Destillerie befindet sich in der jamaikanischen Gemeinde Trelawny, in der auch das Hampden Estate liegt. Ihre moderne Geschichte beginnt in den 1940er Jahren, als der Seagram-Chef Samuel Bronfman die Brennerei von der jamaikanischen Regierung kaufte und dort mit der Produktion der Marke Captain Morgan begann. A rare and fine vintage 2005 15 year old Long Pond VRW Pott Still Full Proof Pure Single Cask Jamaica Rum from the independent bottler Valinch and Mallet from The Spirit of Art Limited Single Cask Rum series best known among connoisseurs. This fine and exclusive Long Pond Full Proof Premium Single Cask Jamaica Rum was distilled in 2005, matured for 15 years in an oak cask with the cask no. 15, before it was bottled in the year 2020 without added sugar or colouring in a limited edition of only 325 individually numbered bottles at full proof 56.8% vol.
The exceptional Long Pond Full Proof Single Cask Pure Single Rum was distilled in the VRW pott still distillation process, received tropical aging for 13 years and continental aging for a further 2 years before it was bottled in 2020 by Valinch and Mallet with a specially designed artist s label by Mexican artist Oscar Isaias Contreras Rojas in a limited edition. Oscar Contreras Rojas was born in 1986 in Toluca, Mexico and lives and works between Florence and Venice. Founded in 1753, Long Pond Distillery is located in the Jamaican community of Trelawny, where Hampden Estate is also located.
