Heaven Hill is the only remaining major producer of corn whiskey in the United States and produces whiskey on behalf of several companies that do not have their own distillery. It also has subtle caramel and typical bourbon flavours. It is strong and has dominant nutty and salty notes, followed by a certain spiciness.
