Hibiki is Suntorys flagship blended whisky - the 21 years old Hibiki is a superb and a fantastic and award winning Japanese blend whisky, made with aged malt and grain whiskies from Suntory s three distilleries. This blended whisky uses rare, scrupulously selected malt whiskies at least 21 years old. The key malt is from Yamazaki sherry casks, blended with mellow grain malts. The result is stunning, with a sweet fragrance of dry fruit, a spicy aroma and taste, smooth and creamy on the palate, with a rich, refined bouquet and a long finish dappled with deep flavor notes. From its launch, Hibiki has been embraced as the paragon of The Art of Japanese Whisky, the very product of Japanese nature and her people.
