A rare vintage 1989 21 year old Highland Park Orkney Islands single malt Scotch whisky that was matured for many years in a selected Bourbon cask and finished in Grenache Blanc Banyuls wine cask before being bottled in the year 2010 without added colouring and chill-filtration at cask strength 50.3% vol. by independent bottler Murray McDavid and Jim McEwan in the limited Mission Gold single cask series in an edition of only 645 individually hand-numbered bottles.
