A rare vintage 1991 over 20 year old Highland Park Orkney Islands Single Malt Scotch whisky, distilled on 17th September 1991 and bottled after over 20 years maturation in a selected sherry butt with cask no. 15117 by Signatory Vintage in The Un-Chillfiltered colection on 12th December 2011 without the addition of colouring and chill filtration in an edition of 748 individually hand-numbered bottles at 46.0% vol.
