A rare vintage 1991 12 year old Macallan Elegancia Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky with the old equipment in the 1.0 litre bottle and the second release from the Elegancia series from the year 2003. This special Macallan Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Macallan's Elegancia series, produced from 2002 and discontinued in 2009, has spent at least 12 years in selected dark oloroso and light fino sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, and was bottled in 2002 without added colouring in a limited edition exclusively for the travel retail market at 40.0% vol.
This special Macallan Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky shows the extraordinary cask art of Macallan and the excellent interaction of selected sherry casks - a superbly balanced Highland Single Malt and with one of the best of its age group.

- Nose: Light lemon with vanilla, sweet toffee, spice and oak - a great mix!
- Palate: Spices and lemon balanced with a nutty maltiness. Sweet coffee, spices and hints of oak. Overall, light and elegant.
- Finish: Medium, sweetish malt, milk chocolate, nut and spice, something sharpness and a little bitterness, it remains citrus freshness
