The magnificent 12 year old Suntory Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky is made from only the finest and most original ingredients. Ingredients that transform into a wonderfully harmonious single malt during the artful distillation process. Its soft water comes from the springs of the Hakushu River and the wood of the barrels in which the distillate was allowed to mature was previously the home of fine sherry wine, bourbon or consisted of the famous Japanese Mizunara oak. On the palate, the dark red Yamazaki single malt whisky then also shines with delightful sherry and chocolate aromas that make it a very special experience for the taste buds. A noble pure malt whisky with a full body. The nose is very pleasant with aromas of honey and dried fruit. The taste is slightly spicy, but still very pleasant on the palate, with a nice dry, lingering wood note. Especially its medium to long finish is a clear advantage of the 12-year-old Yamazaki Single Malt, as fruity aromas and notes of dark chocolate meet here and provide an inimitable aftertaste on the palate.
