Yamazaki 25 Years Release 2007 Japanese Single Malt Whisky 43.0% Vol. - a special jewel and an outstanding Japan single malt from the Japanese whisky distillery Yamazaki by Suntory!
A very rare and exquisite bottling of the 25-year-old Suntory Yamazaki Japan Single Malt, which was bottled in the year 2007 after 25 years of maturation in exquisite Oloroso Sherry and American Oak Casks with an exquisite Japan Paper Label and individual bottle number without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at 43.0% vol. in a limited edition.
The 25 years Suntory Yamazaki Japan Single Malt Whisky is made from only the finest and most original ingredients. Ingredients that are transformed into a wonderfully harmonious single malt during the skilful distillation process. Its soft water comes from the springs of the River Hakushu and the wood in which it matures was previously home to fine Olosoro sherry. The taste of the mahogany-coloured whisky shines with delightful fruity sherry and cocoa flavours, sultanas and roasted sesame, butter and sherry, making it a very special experience for the taste buds. This special Yamazaki single malt whisky is now sold out worldwide, is one of the most sought-after bottlings from Suntory Yamazaki and can only be found occasionally in special auctions at renowned auction houses such as Bonhams or Christies. Due to the enormous worldwide demand, Suntory Yamazaki has problems bottling the globally sought-after and excellent bottlings of the Yamazaki distillery matured in sherry casks, as the stocks of correspondingly old and excellent casks are almost exhausted.
The early bottlings of the 25 years Yamazaki Japan Single Malt Whisky, matured predominantly in Oloroso sherry casks, are among the most sought-after expressions of Suntory Yamazaki and extremely rare bottlings for connoisseurs, discerning whisky collectors and lovers of exclusive and old Japan whiskies due to their outstanding quality!
