An extremely rare bottling of an exceptional Ardbeg Islay Vatting Single Malt Scotch whisky from the Regensburg Whisky Club from the year 2010 in a limited edition of only 62 bottles at 47.3% vol. The fine Ardbeg Vatting Malt Whisky contains at least 25% from the best years 1966, 1972, 1977 and 75% to 1994 from the time before the closure of the distillery in 1997 - the youngest whisky is 14 and the oldest over 40 years old. It was then matured for around 6 months in a first-fill Oloroso bloodtub and a further 3 months in Ardbeg 1975 Oloroso Sherry Hogshead No. 4716 for Germany. The label was designed to reflect the history of the time, almost every bottle was different and was also provided with different capsules during bottling (an OMC was used here), was never commercially available and all bottles were individually numbered by hand by Pit Krause.

- Nose: strong and heavy, slightly smoky with Ardbeg profundity, distinctly soot and ash, seaweed and salted oysters with subtle lemon
- Palate: oily, malty, strong and heavy with smoke and peat, dry and slightly salty with some vanilla, peppery pungency, old wood and discreet sulphur
- Finish: long, smoky and malty with peat and salt, some caramel and brown sugar with dark toffee
