A very limited and rare old bottling of the legendary vintage 1979-1980 21 year old Ardbeg Committee Reserve Limited Edition Bottling Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky at cask strength at 56.3% vol. from the year 2001. The stunning 21 years Ardbeg Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a vatting of 12 selected bourbon casks with cask nos: 635, 1556, 9389, 9390, 9391, 9392, 9566, 9567, 122, 742, 1179 and 1180, filled into casks for maturation from 8th February 1979 to 24th April 1980 and the 3rd bottling for the Ardbeg Committee.
The 21 years Ardbeg Limited Edition Bottling Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was bottled exclusively for the Ardbeg Committee in July 2001 with no added colouring or chill filtration in an edition of only 2.500 bottles and each bottle bears the signature of Ardbeg Distillery Manager Stuart Thomson.
