The Ardbeg Supernova 2010 (SN2010) Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the second release and follower of the successful Ardbeg Supernova 2009. This Islay single malt with its unique smoky taste has an extremely high peat content and is 40 percent peatier than the Ardbeg Ten Years. The Ardbeg SN2010 Single Malt has the same extreme peat content as the 2009 edition but a slightly higher alcohol content of 60.1% vol. and an even darker, earthier character. With the Ardbeg SN2010, an irresistible whisky has once again been created and, like its predecessor, is both a pleasure and a challenge for whisky lovers. First, tingling spicy, malty aromas dominate the tongue, then the powerful peaty punch unfolds to its full size and is a truly galactic taste explosion.
