A very rare and stunning vintage 1968 cask 32 year-old Balvenie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled on 11th June 1968 and after over 32 years of maturation in a oak cask with cak no. 7295 personally selected by Balvenie Malt Master David Stewart from the limited stocks of ancient reserve whiskies and bottled on 19th June September 2000 in a limited edition of only 180 hand-numbered bottles in the Vintage Cask 1968 series without the addition of dyes and without chill filtration at cask strength 50.8% vol.
All bottles were individually hand marked with the cask number, the date of distillation and bottling and the individual bottle number and signature of Maltmaster David Stewart. In the Vintage Cask 1968 limited edition series, Balvenie bottled 5 special single cask whiskies in the millennium year 2000, which are now considered almost legendary among connoisseurs and enthusiasts and today are very hard to find.
