This rare and very limited vintage 1989 24 years-old Bowmore Islay single malt scotch whisky was laid down at the Bowmore distillery in 1989 and bottled in the year 2014 especially for Feis Ile, the Islay Festival of Malt and Music without added dyes and chill filtration at cask strength 53.3% abv in a limited edition of only 300 bottles. Matured in 1st fill American oak Bourbon barrel and French Wine barrique, this outstanding single malt comes an engraved solid wood gift box which includes an individually numbered and hand signed certificate of authenticity.
This Bowmore was only available to buy at the distillery on their annual open day during the 2014 Feis Ile whisky festival on Islay and was sold out within a short time.
