A very rare vintage 1969 31 year-old Bruichladdich Islay single malt Scotch whisky from oak cask nos. 2973, 2977 and 2979 by Gordon and MacPhail's from the limited cask strength selection, distilled at 16th July 1969 and bottled in July of the Millennium year 2000 in a limited edition at cask strength 52.5% vol.
Since the 1990s, Gordon and MacPhail have been producing special single malts in the cask strength range from selected distilleries such as Ardmore, Balblair, Benromach, Bruichladdich, Bunnahabhain, Caol Ila, Caperdonich, Cragganmore, Clynelish, Convalmore, Highland Park, Glenburgie, Glen Grant, Glenlivet, Glen Mhor, Laphoaig, Miltonduff, Mortlach, Rosebank, Port Ellen, Strathisla, Talisker, Tomatin and many other well-known distilleries in natural cask strength without the addition of dyes and chill filtration in limited editions.
