This outstanding Vintage 1970 35 year old Bruichladdich Islay Single Malt Scotch whisky was bottled as a limited edition special bottling for the 125th anniversary of Bruichladdich in the year 2006 in a limited edition of 2.502 individually numbered bottles without the addition of colouring agents and without chill-filtration at cask strength 40.1% vol.
The whisky was matured for 35 years in bourbon casks and then finished in the finest Zind Humbrechts Selection de Grains Noble Pinot Gris wine casks, which were awarded 100 points by Wine Spectator.
