A very rare vintage 1967 38 years-old Bunnahabhain Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the famous Cask Strength Rare Auld single cask edition by Duncan Taylor, which was distilled in March 1967 and after over 38 years of maturation in sherry cask no. 3328 bottled in November 2005 without the addition of dyes and chill filtration in a edition of only 209 individually hand-numbered bottles at cask strength 40.8% vol. This great 38 years-old Bunnahabhain Islay Single Cask Scotch Whisky has a beautiful dark amber colour and is a delight due to its maturity and complexity.
The whiskies offered between 2002 and 2011 by Duncan Taylor in the Cask Strength Rare Auld single cask edition acquired by Abe Rosenberg since the early 1960s come from the more than 4000 casks of selected premium distilleries, such as Aberlour, Ben Riach, Bowmore, Brora, Bruichladdich, Caperdonich, Clynelish, Dallas Dhu, Dalmore, Glen Grant, Glen Moray, Glenburgie, Glenesk, Glenlivet, Glenlossie, Glenrothes, Highland Park, Inchgower, Knockando, Linlithgow, Laphroaig, Longmorn, Macallan, Macduff, Miltonduff, Old Pulteney, Springbank, Strathisla, Strathmill, Tamdhu and Tomatin and are all bottled as single cask whiskies in limited editions.
