An incredibly rare and stunning vintage 1990 28-year-old Caol Ila Islay single malt Scotch whisky as a special bottling for the Festival Fèis Ìle 2019, which was personally selected by Distillery Manager Pierrick Guillaume from the warehouse from a refill American oak bourbon barrel with the cask no. 9373. The special and exclusive Caol Ila Islay single malt Scotch whisky was bottled without the addition of colourants and chill-filtration in cask strength at 55.3% vol. in an edition of only 180 individually numbered bottles and was only available to visitors to the distillery on site.
This exceptional Caol Ila Islay single malt Scotch whisky is one of the most sought-after single cask bottlings from Caol Ila, each bottle was bottled by hand on 24th May 2019 and personally signed by Pierrick Guillaum, sold out within a short time and was not officially available in stores.
