A very rare and terrific vintage 1972 38 year-old Caperdonich Speyside single malt scotch whisky from the famous Rarest of the Rare cask strength closed distilleries historic collection by Duncan Taylor, which was distilled in November 1972 and after over 38 years of maturation in oak cask no. 7440 bottled in May 2011 without the addition of dyes and chill filtration in a batch of only 181 individually numbered bottles at cask strength 53.6% vol. This 38 year-old Caperdonich Speyside single cask scotch whisky has a beautiful amber colour and is a delight due to its maturity and complexity.
