This rare vintage 1975 30 years-old Convalmore Speyside single malt scotch whisky matured for 30 years in a hogshead with cask no. 2572 and was bottled at 40.0% abv as a special bottling for The House of Whisky in Stralsund and the Verein der Freunde des Schottischen Malt in Mecklenburg without the addition of dyes and chill filtration in a limited edition of only 269 bottles in April 2006.
The almost not to be found anymore Speyside single cask scotch whisky from the closed distillery Convalmore from the 1970s shines with a beautiful dark gold colour and is considered today among connoisseurs of first-class old style scotch whiskies as a special rarity and a coveted collector's item.
