The special Four Roses Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey comes from the famous Four Roses limited single barrel series, which has been bottled since the end of the 1990s. The exclusive Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskeys from this series were matured for at least 7 years in selected new American oak barrels and are presented in barrel strength, very early bottlings at 43.0% or 50.0% vol. without the addition of colourants or chill filtration. Each bottle was bottled by hand and the label contains the details of the warehouse and barrel number of the unique Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
On the nose, the great Four Roses Kentucke Straight Bourbon Whiskey shows aromas of tropical fruits, maple syrup and oak, the flavour is full-bodied with ripe plums, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, pepper and a hint of honey with a long, pleasantly soft and warming finish.
