A rare 25 years-old Grant Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 40.0% vo. by Gordon and MacPhail and one of the early bottlings from this series, distilled in the 1970s and bottled after 25 years of maturation in sherry casks as a licensed bottling in the late 1990s / early 2000s with the white screw cap and the old Wine and Spirit Merchants label in a limited edition.
Since the 1970s, Gordon and MacPhail have been presenting in the Licensed Bottling Edition special single malts from selected distilleries such as Ardmore, Blalblair, Dallas Dhu, Glen Albyn, Glen Grant, Glen Mhor, Glenlivet, Glentauchers, Imperial, Linkwood, Longmorn, Mortlach, Old Pulteney, Scapa, and Strathisla in limited editions.
