This rare and stunning vintage 1992 26 year old Glendronach Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled on 9th October 1992, matured for over 26 years in a Oloroso sherry butt with cask no. 847 and was bottled at 25th February 2019 in the single cask limited release batch no. 17 - series with no added colouring or chill-fitration at cask strength 59.8% vol. in an edition of only 585 individually hand-numbered bottles.
Each year, Master Distiller Billy Walker selects a handful of individual casks from Glendronach s warehouses and bottles them for special retailers and renowned whisky merchants in the Glendronach limited release single cask bottling series. With exclusive Glendronach whiskies dating back to 1968, there is a wide range of barrels, hogsheads, puncheons and butts. Each of these exquisite casks has truly remarkable characteristics and the malt whisky they contain has developed exceptionally well during the long maturation process.
