This famous bottling of a Glenfarclas Highland single malt from the year 2005 is now rarely to be found and is regarded by connoisseurs as a special rarity. Matured for over 40 years, this deep amber Highland Single Malt presents itself with a voluminous body, nutty aromas, oak tones and a long and exquisite finish - Serge Valentin gave this particular whisky 90 points.
A wonderful and old Glenfarclas Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the 1960s and rare expression for connoisseurs, the discerning whisky collector and lovers of fine old Scotch whiskies that is rarely found today.

Speyside Distillers Company Ltd was crowned the Independent Bottler of the Year 2008 at the annual Whisky Magazine awards held on 2 November in Glasgow. We were also awarded the regional title of Independent Bottler of the year for Mainland Scotland. Scott's Selection and Private Cellar received a total of 8 awards including 5 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medals.
