A very rare and stunning vintage 1970 26 year old Glenfarclas Highland single malt Scotch whisky from The Spirit of Independence single cask bottling series, distilled on 16th March 1970 and bottled after over 26 years maturation in a selected sherry cask with the cask no. 2015 on 19th August 1996 in a limited edition of 264 individually numbered bottles without the addition of colourants and chill filtration with the rare Eagle label indicating the cask number at cask strength 53.2% vol.
This exquisite old style Glenfarclas Highland single malt Scotch whisky has a beautiful dark amber colour, is of exceptional quality, complex, absolutely first class and today a rare rarity for connoisseurs, the discerning whisky collector and lovers of fine old Scotch whiskies.
