For this unique Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a sherry cask with the cask no. 11047 was filled on Christmas Eve in 1980, this was matured for over 21 years in the cask and was bottled in an edition of only 627 individually numbered bottles on 22th March 2002 with the special Christmas label without the addition of colouring and chill filtration at cask strength 54.8% vol.
