A rare vintage 1988 28 year-old Glenfarclas Single Cask Scotch Whisky from the limited Family Casks Winter 2017 series and a special bottling of a selected 1st fill sherry cask. For this bottling Glenfarclas filled a selected sherry butt with cask no. 6986 in the year 1988, were allowed to mature for more than 28 years in the cask and was bottled in a limited edition of only 507 bottles on 3. November 2017 at cask strength 53.3% vol. for the winter-release W17.
A nice amber-coloured Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Scotch whisky in exceptional quality for its age, complex, absolutely first class and special recommendation for connoisseurs and whisky-collectors of fine old scotch whiskies.
