A rare and great vintage 1992 25 year old Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Glenfarclas The Family Casks Winter 2017 Single Cask Series and special bottling from a selected first fill sherry butt. For this, Glenfarclas filled a selected sherry butt with cask no. 2901 in the year 1992, the distillate was matured for 25 years in the cask and was bottled in a limited edition of only 524 bottles on 6 November 2017 without the addition of colourants and chill filtration in cask strength with 57.6% vol. as a limited winter release W17.
The world-famous and unique single cask whiskies from the Glenfarclas Family Casks series contains selected single cask bottlings from various vintages, spanning 54 years without gaps since the early 1950s and is an exquisite collection of the best single casks from the old cask cellar of the Glenfarclas distillery.
