A rare and terrific vintage 1973 33 years old Glenfiddich Speyside pure single malt scotch whisky from the Vintage Reserve limited single cask edition and one of the rare Glenfiddich masterpieces. For this Glenfiddich Vintage Reserve scotch whisky, Malt Master David Stewart has carefully selected a special cask. The single malt was distilled on 19th April 1973 and matured for more than 33 years in a sherry cask with the cask no. 9875 before it was bottled by hand on 9th May 2006 in an edition of only 429 individually numbered bottles without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at cask strength 46.5% vol.
This special Glenfiddich Speyside single malt has an extraordinary quality as well as a high complexity and is today one of the most sought-after Glenfiddich single cask bottlings among connoisseurs and collector´s of unique old single malt scotch whiskies and is hard to find!
