A rare vintage 2003 13 year old Glenfiddich Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky bottled exclusively for the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2017 which was not officially on sale. For this special Glenfiddich single malt scotch whisky, Malt Master Brian Kinsman carefully selected a special sherry cask. The single malt was distilled at 5th December 2003 and matured for over 13 years in a 1st fill sherry butt with the cask no. 33643 before it was bottled in at 27th April 2017 in an edition of only 356 bottles without the addition of colourants and chill filtration at cask strength 59.0% abv.
Despite its young age, the special Glenfiddich Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky is of exceptional quality and is now one of the most sought-after single cask bottlings from Glenfiddich among collectors and lovers of exceptional scotch whiskies and is only rarely found.
