This rare and magnificent vintage 1986 19 year old Glengoyne Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled on 13th April 1986 and, after than 19 years of maturation in a sherry puncheon with cask no. 441, was bottled in May 2005 in the Ewans Choice limited single cask edition without added colouring or chill filtration in a limited edition of only 600 individually numbered bottles at natural cask strength 51.5% vol. and is presented in a solid wooden box.
This great Glengoyne single malt is named Ewans Choice because it was chosen by stillman Ewand Hendry and bottled at the Glengoyne distillery in his honour and contribution. The bottle label features a photograph of Ewan Hendry and each bottle bears his signature.
