A magnificent vintage 1974 25 year old Glenmorangie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled as a limited Commemorative Millennium Bottling in the year 1999 at 43.0% vol. Certainly one of the great and outstanding Glenmorangie Scotch Whiskies from the early 1970s, originally malted on its own malting floors - beautifully elegant and complex with the typical Glenmorangie spice with a little more peat than today's bottlings of Glenmorangie's single malts. Distilled in 1974 and then aged for 25 years in selected oak casks, bottled in the year 1999 as a limited Millennium Edition in an edition of 2.000 bottles in special replica bottles and the original label designed by Sir Walter Scott back in 1920.
A true jewel and rarity from Glenmorangie, sold out worldwide and now only rarely to be found! Very delicate and a work of art from the old days - a very special old style Glenmorangie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky for connoisseurs, the discerning whisky collector and lovers of fine old Scotch whiskies.
