A very rare vintage 1970 29 years-old Glenury Royal Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky at natural cask strength 57.0% vol. from Diageo s legendary Rare Malts Selection, distilled in the year 1970 and bottled after 29 years of maturation in individually numbered bottles in a limited edition in October 1999.
In the Rare Malts Selection by Diageo, very special single malts from selected distilleries such as Auchroisk, Aultmore, Bannf, Benrinnes, Benromach, Bladnoch, Blair Athol, Brora, Caol Ila, Cardhu, Clynelish, Convalmore, Craigellachie, Dalluaine, Dallas Dhu, Dufftown, Glen Albyn, Glen Mhor, Glen Ord, Glendullan, Glenlochy, Glenury Royal, Hillside-Glenesk, Inchgower, Lagavulin, Linkwood, Mannochmore, Millburn, Mortlach, North Port, Port Ellen, Rosebank, Royal Brackla, Royal Lochnagar, St. Magdalene, Talisker and Teaninich were presented in limited editions at cask strength.
