A very rare and iconic 12 year old Highland Park Orkney Islands Single Malt Scotch whisky and the classic Highland Park at 43.0% vol. in the 1.0 litre dumpy bottle, the old ornamental H screen glass printed label and the designation Malt Scotch whisky with a beautiful dark amber colour, distilled in the late 1960s or early 1970s and bottled without added colouring or chill filtration by James Grant and Co. for the travel retail market in the early 1980s.
This early bottling of the 12 years Highland Park Orkney Islands Single Malt Scotch whisky was matured predominantly in old sherry casks and it shows the special quality of the old casks and the original character of the Highland Park distillery in a wonderful and impressive way.
