An extremely rare and terrific vintage 1997 21 year old Lagavulin Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Diageo Select Casks Limited Single Cask Edition Bottling series, distilled in 1997 and matured for 21 years in a European oak cask with cask no. 0001, was bottled without the addition of colourants and chill-filtration at cask strength at 56.6% vol. in an edition of only 158 individually hand-numbered bottles for the European Lagavulin fans: Boris Borissov, Floris, Kooistra, Bram van Glabbeck, Sebastian Jaeger, Ronny Wettervik and Rolf-Harald Haugen.
