A rare vintage 1995 10 years-old Longrow Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the limited Wood Expressions range. The Longrow Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in February 1995, then matured for 8 years in selected refill- and another 2 years in fresh Tokaji casks, before it was bottled in August 2005 with no added dyes and chill filtration at cask strength 55.6% vol. in a limited edtion of 7.440 bottles. Tokaji is one of the most important and traditional wines in the world and comes predominantly from Northern Hungary in a 87 kilometre long and three to four kilometre wide wine region between the rivers Tisza and Bodrog at the foot of the Tokaj Mountains.
The special and limited Springbank and Longrow Wood Expressions bottlings were usually sold out within a short time and are today coveted by connoisseurs, whisky collectors and lovers of old Scotch whiskies.
