A rare vintage 1997 14 years-old Longrow Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the limited Wood Expressions range. The Longrow Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in February 1997, then matured for 11 years in selected refill Bourbon casks and another 3 years in fresh Burgundy casks, before it was bottled in October 2011 with no added dyes and chill filtration at cask strength 56.1% vol. in a limited edtion of 7.800 bottles.
The special and limited Springbank and Longrow Wood Expressions bottlings were usually sold out within a short time and are today coveted by connoisseurs, whisky collectors and lovers of old Scotch whiskies.
