A very rare and truly fantastic vintage 1977 35 years-old Macallan Speyside single malt scotch whisky, distilled in May 1977 and after more than 35 years of maturation in a refill hogshead with cask no. DL 8682, bottled in June 2012 without added colouring or chill filtration in a limited edition of only 137 bottles by Douglas Laing in the Director s Cut limited single cask range at natural cask strength at 45.6% abv. The beautifully deep amber coloured Speyside single malt is with an age of 35 years to date, the oldest bottling of Macallan in the Douglas Laing s prestigious Director s Cut range.
