A rare and epic 15 year old handmade Noah's Mill Small Batch No. H-17-84 Wax Sealed Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey at 57.15% vol / 114.3 proof and 750ml, distilled in the year 1984 and hand bottled in small batches in the late 1990's/early 2000's by Noah's Mill Distilling Company at the Kentucky Bourbon Distillers at the Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky and imported by Paul Ulrich AG Basel.
The early and old bottlings of the Noah's Mill brand, which were distilled in the early 1980s and bottled in the late 1990s and early 2000s, were mostly aged for over 15 years and the barrels used at the time most likely came from the Old Bernheim, Stitzel Weller or Heaven Hill distilleries. Many of these legendary old distilleries are known for their special wheated profile, which is created by adding a small amount of wheat to the mash, and are regarded by connoisseurs as truly epic bourbon whiskeys whose almost iconic quality has never been equalled.
