A very rare vintage 2007 6 years-old Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Super Heavily Peated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky and fourth release from the limited Renegade series, selected by the former co-owner and director Mark Reynier. The Port Charlotte Palaemon Renegade MBRPT4 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky was distilled in 2007 and after 6 years of maturation in a French Oak Cask from one of the world famous vineyards from the appellation Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy with cask no. 007 bottled without added colouring and chill filtration in the years 2014 in an edition of only 298 individually hand numbered bottles at cask strength 62.9% abv and 40 PPM.
The maturation in the selected Burgundy French oak cask of Vosne-Romanée created an great Islay Single Malt with the classic and elegant Bruichladdich character with the power and presence of strong peat smoke.
The Port Charlotte whiskies from Mark Reynier s limited Renegade series are now in great demand among collectors and connoisseurs of outstanding Scotch Whiskies!
