A particularly rare 15 years old Rosebank Unblended Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, bottled after 15 years of maturation in selected Hogshead casks in an edition of 13596 bottles in the mid 1970s by the Rosebank distillery for The Distillers Agency in Edinburgh and Italian importer Zenith in Milano without chill filtration at 50.0% vol. in 75cl bottles.
A total of 15.996 bottles of this terrific and old Rosebank Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, considered almost legendary by connoisseurs, were bottled at the time, including 2.400 individually numbered bottles at cask strength 61.0% vol. exclusively for G. Paolo Bonfanti.
This old and absolutely collectible Rosebank Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is one of only a few known old original bottlings from the old distillery Rosebank that closed in 1993 and was bottled exclusively for the Italian market and Zenith Italia S.r.l. in a limited edition.
