A rare and exceptional vintage 1964 49 year old Strathisla Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky - for this, a well aged 1st fill sherry butt cask was selected by Gordon and MacPhail and bottled in the year 2013 with the distillery label in a limited edition. This exclusive and particularly old Strathisla Speyside single malt is meanwhile hard to find and a special rarity.
The independent and renowned Gordon and MacPhail bottled the single malts for many distilleries decades ago and has a large stock of old supreme whiskies as well as many rarities. Each distillery was given an individual label, which was often considered the original bottling because no other bottlings existed and Gordon and MacPhail bottled this terrific Strathisla single malt under licence, hence the old original label on the bottle.
